A couple of weeks ago we went with the Dills to Disney on Ice! The kids had a blast and were captivated during the whole show. This year, they featured Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Brave, and Rapunzel. We couldn't convince the girls to dress up in princess dresses, but my kids wore their Disney shirts (princesses for Maya and Mickey shirt for Nolan), and Janae brought her life-sized Minnie doll. Hee hee!

The ice skaters were really great. Gwyn and I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out how the skater in this horse's rear end moved so well! He had to be quite bent and squished.
Of course Minnie and Mickey always make an appearance!
I really liked this Ursula costume as well. Must be tricky to skate in that getup.
Maya and Nolan got to pick one treat for the evening too. Nolan picked cotton candy and Maya picked popcorn. Yummy! I think this is only the second time he has had it. Love at first taste. Maya tried a bit and made a funny face...she decided it was not edible. This was the same reaction she had about 2 years ago the first time she tried it! She stuck to her popcorn.

It was a great show and quite a fun treat for the family. It really makes it fun when we can go with our cousins too!
