This year we had a wonderful family Mother's Day. Darin took both Gayla and I out for a special Mother's Day brunch the weekend after Mom's Day but I decided to start with these pictures of our family!
Grampa volunteered to babysit while Darin took his two favorite moms out (at lease I hope we are his favorites!) and we had such a wonderful time!

On Mother's Day morning, our family decided to have some play time and a picnic in Loose Park!

Since our kite-flyng didn't pan out, we entertained ourselves doing other things! The kids love to pretend with Darin that they are Daddy and baby camels. hee hee!
We also spotted a little caterpillar...
We just had so much fun running around, laughing and playing together! So many days we are busy getting things done and don't take the time to just have a picnic in the park as a family. It was a wonderful way for me to spend time with my family who I am so thankful for!

Oh my gosh, what beautiful family photos! I love all of the ones of you guys playing together! They turned out so cute! How nice of Darin to take you and Gayla out to brunch, and how nice of your FIL to babysit so you could do that!
