Gramma and Grampa 2

Gramma and Grampa snapped some fun photos of some of the activities they did together while I was teaching.  One beautiful day they went to Deanna Rose.  Of course they had to go fishing at Grandpa Bob's Fishing Pond!  

Think they'll bite?  

 Yes sir!  That fish was quite tiny...hard to see.  But he is CAUGHT!

 Another activity they did a couple of times was a storytime in the park put on by the Olathe Library.

 Of course there were plenty of days for some water fun.  These water squirters were a huge it.

 One day they had a Young Explorers nature class at Black Hoof Park.  So after their morning class, Gramma and Grampa brought a picnic lunch for everyone!

 Then there was time to splash in the water and play a bit.

 Having a good day!

 Good days deserve a bit of ice cream...

With Gramma and Grampa, the kids also went to Leaping Lizards, the library, Kidscape and storytime at the Johnson County Museum, and had wonderful playtime at home.  They even made me a little "Day Care Report" so I knew what they did that day.  It was a wonderful way to keep me involved in their day even though I was working.  We love you Gramma and Grampa!  Thanks for a wonderful summer!
