Maya, unfortunately, has a bad case of diaper rash. I think it is due to teething...she has had a fever, diarrhea, and now the diaper rash. It has been quite an adventure: giving extra baths with baking soda, taking probiotics to help the diarrhea, making special runs to the stores for supplies...but I think we are getting a handle on things. To help her "air out" I decided to buy some "piddle pads" that people use for their puppies. Maya was totally content hanging out naked, as long as a teether was nearby.
Like I said, she is feeling better today. She and Nolan like playing together. They still are very relaxed about their toys and don't mind when someone rips it out of their hand. Wouldn't it be nice if that laid-back attitude continued for the rest of their lives? Ha!

i bet they'd be better about sharing than most kids since they've had to do it all their lives! cute picture of Maya - hope those teeth pop out soon! can't wait to see a blog post with a picture of them!
ReplyDeleteOH no! Cole had a bad case of diarrhea and diaper rash that lasted about a week before his first molar came in. That is no fun! Glad they are feeling better now! Looking forward to seeing you guys Tuesday!
