On Thursday I decided to dress Maya and Nolan in their Halloween shirts to get as much "wear" out of them as possible before the end of the month. Lately, Maya has been waking up about 30 minutes to an hour before Nolan in the mornings, so she and I have some play time all to ourselves. On this morning, she was in such a playful and happy mood...she even flashed me one of her extremely happy smiles where she uses every muscle in her face. Say CHEESE!
Here are the kids at breakfast. Maya and I were playing around with hats and bows, so I left this bow in her hair for fun. Doesn't really match the outfit, but it was just for wearing around the house anyway. Thanks for the cool socks Aunt Gwyn! Although I caught Nolan in a somber moment, he was very happy too.
