A couple of weeks ago we went to Missouri to pick blueberries at the Blueberry Patch. We got there pretty early at 8:30am so the weather was nice and cool still.
Maya loves berry picking and got right to work! She was all smiles and had so much fun!
Nolan flitted from bush to bush picking berries now and then.
I thought these pictures of the kids were so cute. Both did a great job of posing for some shots!
Maya always wanted to pick with Mommy or Daddy. Here she is picking with Daddy at the sweetest bushes. Daddy certainly knows which bushes to go for...the blueberries were delicious!
And this was how things looked most of the 45 minutes we were picking...Maya picking away and Nolan just chillin!
Maya has been doing this funny thing lately where she yells, "Mommy, be a statue!" I am supposed to do a funny flair and then hold a pose. When she is a statue she flails her arms about and then stops like this!

We had a great morning picking blueberries. There is something amazing about picking your own produce.
After we got the berries packaged, we went into this store and found some jams to buy along with some blueberry lemonade and blueberry muffin! Yummy!

Oh I'm so jealous, I really wanted to pick blueberries here too! I think I may have missed the season, I"ll have to check it out. Love the pictures of the kids, so so cute!
