Twin tricks

The #1 most often asked question I get asked (besides, "You've got your hands full, don't you!?") is, "What are the twins up to these days?"

I have decided to start this blog with a brief recap of some of the new things that Maya and Nolan are doing. In general, Maya is quiet, sweet, drooly (a new word...), and social. Nolan is more loud, boisterous, physical, and tempermental. While Maya likes to stare deeply into your eyes and smile at you while blowing raspberries, Nolan would rather you hold him while he stands and smiles at the excitement of it all.

Maya has started her "fake cough" stage, while Nolan has started his giggling stage. Both are rolling over, but Nolan does it more than Maya right now. Both push themselves up on their bellies, and both are eating about 6 oz at every feeding. My little babies are growing up so quickly!

Here is a picture of the 2 of them side by side pushing themselves up. We're still working on the "smile at the camera" skill, but they're improving!!
