My little sweeties turned 6!!! This year Maya said she wanted an Elsa/snowflake party and Nolan wanted Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. These cutie pies sure have strong ideas about what they want!
Their cakes were fun again this year. Probably the easiest and most fun cakes I have made. Everything went smoothly! I am very happy with the way they turned out and so were the kids. It was fun making them in my new kitchen. So wonderful to have so much space to spread out!!!! I really love it.
I made Maya a new birthday sign to match the blue/white/silver colors from her cake.
I was able to reuse Nolan's colorful sign from years past! Thank you TMNT for being so versatile.
I love seeing the looks on Nolan and Maya's faces when the family sings to them. :)

Another successful party! The Dills couldn't make it this year because they were in San Diego visiting Papa and Nonnie. Other than that, this one was another great party in the books! It's bittersweet to watch them grow up so quickly...I have loved being their mommy for the last 6 years and am so blessed to experience the incredible joy they bring into our lives. I just wish this special time with them didn't pass by so quickly! Like sand through the hourglass....
