My neighbor and friend Brooke threw a Valentine's party last week. The kids had a blast! Here is the group...Tripp and Charlie, Addy and Tyce, Maya and Nolan.
Brooke did a fantastic job of decorating everything so nicely for the special day and even had a mini polaroid camera for the kids to take home a picture of the group afterwards. We had a yummy lunch and then did some art projects and decorated cookies. Aren't these guys such cute buddies?
Maya was very diligent about her cookie-decorating.

The kids had a blast running around and playing. They probably had more fun doing that than the art project and decorating! We had such a great time celebrating V-day with our friends!
The next morning we had heart-shaped french toast for Valentines Day morning. The kids had school this day and had a song fest at school which will be my next post!
Gramma and Grampa helped the kids make this cute Valentine's decoration for Darin and me. It is a heart with wings and two plate "pockets" to hold our heart valentines! It was such a nice surprise.
