Darin has been teaching the kids how to throw things. Nolan caught on first, but Maya was close behind. In this picture, he is helping her practice her throwing.
Now that we are moving out of the bottle stage and into the sippy cup stage, my kids are finally starting to hold their own bottles. Figures. We still use their little bouncy chairs though because the incline is perfect so that they don't spill. Mommy doesn't like messes. ;)
This is how Maya and Nolan feel about their winter coats. Need I say more?
Although her hair is growing and growing, Maya still has some funky hair days. Sometimes it strikes after naps, sometimes it's just plain ol' morning bed head. Even with lots of water, combing, hairspray, etc. some days the hair still wins.
One of Maya's new cute things is that she plays peek-a-boo. She started with her shirt, but now she prefers a blanket. It's hilarious! I caught her doing it with Nolan for the first time and they giggled so loud I came from the kitchen to see what all the fuss was about. Now Daddy and Mommy are a more patient audience than brother Nolan. I guess he thinks it's old news.
Peek-a-boo! I see you!
Another funny thing the kids are doing now is that they like to put their heads down. On this day, they both were doing it at the same time while looking at me. This was the best picture I could get of them since they wouldn't pose for me. It's especially cute when they are standing and they turn their heads sideways. So silly!

Maya and Nolan can do so many things now! It's amazing how fast they grow and how many things they can learn to do so quickly! I love the last pic of them both putting their heads down-so cute! Peek a boo is adorable too, that's a great picture of Maya.
